Riddles, a Rally, and the Rhine: For the Allround Team, the 2025 Christmas celebration unfolded right in the heart of Cologne. For one afternoon, the entire team traded keyboards for team challenges and stepped into a festive program filled with surprises, movement, and shared moments. Even as people arrived, the air carried a quiet mix of anticipation and curiosity \u2013 after all, no one really knew what the day had in store, and that mystery made the excitement shimmer just a little brighter.<\/p>\n

Our Christmas celebration this year was all about team spirit, strategy, and a generous sprinkle of holiday magic. Whether we were cracking tricky puzzles, exploring the city, or laughing together over the most unexpected solutions, every moment revealed just how much energy and unity lives within our team. And of course, the cozy part of the evening was a must \u2013 the perfect way to close a year filled with projects, challenges, and shared achievements, wrapped in the glow of everything we\u2019ve built together.<\/p>\n

A Warm\u2011Up by the Harbor Christmas Market<\/h3>\n

The afternoon began in a cozy circle: we first gathered over mulled wine, warm lights, and a festive glow. Conversations sparked effortlessly as colleagues reconnected, laughed, raised their glasses, and took a moment to look back on the year. This gentle warm\u2011up gave us the space to arrive, breathe, and ease into the upcoming team challenge at our own pace. Between fragrant cups, winter melodies, and a growing sense of anticipation, an atmosphere emerged that made one thing instantly clear \u2013 this was going to be a special afternoon.<\/p>\n

A View Over \u2013 and Through \u2013 Cologne<\/h3>\n

Next, we made our way to the Ferris wheel by the Chocolate Museum, the official starting point for the active part of our day. Even the walk there carried a quiet tension of excitement \u2013 after all, no one knew what challenges awaited us. Once at the top, Cologne unfolded beneath us: the Rhine, the old town, a sea of lights. It was the perfect moment to breathe deeply, take in the view, and mentally prepare for the main event of the day: the Christmas Rally.<\/p>\n

Split into three teams, everyone had to bring sharp thinking, team spirit, and just the right touch of holiday magic to complete the tasks in only 1.5 hours. The challenges led us across the heart of Cologne and demanded both knowledge and creativity. From \u201cHow many steps lead to the viewing platform at the Chocolate Museum?\u201d to \u201cFind the Rote Funken monument and count the buttons on the Funkemariechen\u2019s jacket,\u201d all the way to \u201cAt which friend\u2019s house did T\u00fcnnes and Sch\u00e4\u00e4l stay in the Hanenhaus?\u201d \u2013 every task brought new surprises and plenty of laughter. In the end, it all came down to one decisive question: which team was the cleverest of them all?<\/p>\n

The rally came to a close right after our ride along the Rhine, leading us straight into the atmospheric Harbor Christmas Market. Surrounded by twinkling lights, the scent of mulled wine, and festive music, we celebrated not only the award ceremony but also raised our glasses to the winning team. The joy over the results was unmistakable \u2013 yet the feeling of having shared something meaningful together was even greater.<\/p>\n

As our CEO Fabienne beautifully put it: “Gatherings like this are the true essence of leadership. Creating spaces where people can unfold, have fun, and feel connected. These memories reach far beyond the workplace and reflect the culture<\/a> we stand for.”<\/p>\n

With delicious food, good conversations, and a round of drinks, we eased into a relaxed ending to the celebration. After all the impressions of the day, it felt wonderful to unwind together, raise a glass, and revisit the best moments of the rally. Between laughter, little anecdotes, and the feeling of having grown even closer as a team, the evening faded out in a warmly festive atmosphere.<\/p>\n
