One project especially close to our hearts is the Parkinson\u2019s magazine PARKOUR. Twice a year, a new issue comes to life \u2013 offering knowledge, courage, and guidance to people living with Parkinson\u2019s and their loved ones. Each edition is crafted with deep empathy, editorial care, and one clear mission: to make Parkinson\u2019s visible and to empower those affected.<\/p>\n
Parkinson\u2019s disease is a chronic, progressive neurological condition that affects the central nervous system. Its most characteristic symptoms include tremor, muscle stiffness (rigidity), slowed movements (bradykinesia), and postural instability. But Parkinson\u2019s reaches far beyond motor symptoms. It can also influence mood, sleep, cognitive abilities, and therefore daily life \u2013 both at home and at work. The condition requires not only medical attention but also societal understanding and personal resilience.<\/p>\n
That\u2019s exactly what the PARKOUR magazine is designed to do: inform, inspire, and connect. Each issue is created in close collaboration with medical experts, therapists, people living with Parkinson\u2019s, and their families.
