Unmistakable.<\/h2>\n<p>For the City of Cologne and many dedicated partners, we had the opportunity to bring a powerful message into the city: <strong>combating queer hostility requires both conviction and action.<\/strong> At the heart of the campaign stood one central question: How can we empower people not to tolerate queerphobic attacks, but to report them? And how can we reach the wider public in a way that encourages solidarity, shared responsibility, and genuine support for those affected?<\/p>\n<p>With the campaign <strong>&#8220;Anzeigen statt Aushalten&#8221;,<\/strong> we drew attention to the rising number of queerphobic incidents and called on the community to speak up. Visible. Loud. Clear. The message was unmistakable: anyone who experiences hate should know that there are ways to take action \u2013 and that the city stands firmly behind them.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-932\" src=\"https:\/\/preview-atsite.allround-team.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Blog_love-is-love_Fabienne.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1080\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Campaign Strategy Meets Conviction<\/h3>\n<p>Our <a href=\"https:\/\/en.allround-team.com\/business-units\/marketing\/\">Marketing Business Unit<\/a> was involved from the very beginning \u2013 conceptually, visually, and communicatively. Together with our partners, we developed a campaign that not only informs but also resonates emotionally and motivates people to take action. Posters in public spaces, accompanying online measures, and targeted press outreach ensured maximum visibility \u2013 across the city and beyond.<\/p>\n<h3>Language That Empowers. Design That Makes an Impact.<\/h3>\n<p>A particular focus was placed on tone: clear, empowering, inclusive. The visual design was intentionally bold to capture attention without polarizing. Instead of fueling fear, we wanted to inspire courage. Instead of assigning blame, we aimed to foster shared responsibility. Because civil courage begins with awareness \u2013 and with the belief that every voice matters.<\/p>\n<h3>A Strong Network for a Strong Message<\/h3>\n<p>We are proud to have contributed creatively and communicatively to this important initiative. For greater awareness. For greater protection. For greater solidarity. And for a city where diversity is not merely tolerated, but celebrated.<\/p>\n<h3>Background<\/h3>\n<p>To mark the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stadt-koeln.de\/politik-und-verwaltung\/presseservice\/anzeigen-statt-aushalten-gemeinsam-gegen-queerfeindlichkeit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">International Day for Tolerance<\/a>, the City of Cologne \u2013 together with the Cologne Public Prosecutor\u2019s Office, Cologne Police, Aidshilfe K\u00f6ln e.V., rubicon e.V., Cologne Pride e.V., and other organizations within the city\u2019s LGBTI communities \u2013 launched a powerful poster and web campaign in 2023. The goal was to increase the willingness to report homo\u2011 and transphobic violence, strengthen those affected, and send a clear message against queer hostility \u2013 in public spaces, in people\u2019s minds, and in their hearts.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Standing up to queer hostility requires conviction \u2013 and action.
