Delivering clarity.<\/h2>\n<p>Under this slogan, Fabienne, Sophie, and Heemin joined the Complexity Management Academy last week \u2013 a space where thought leaders, practitioners, and innovation enthusiasts came together to explore the future of organizations, processes, and technologies. Our highlights:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Do work processes need to be difficult and complex?<\/strong><br \/>\nThe short answer: no. Effective complexity management was one of the core themes of the CMCX \u2013 and we gained valuable insights into how complexity can not only be reduced but strategically leveraged. From modular organizational structures to data\u2011driven decision\u2011making, the approaches were as diverse as they were practical.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Artificial Intelligence as a Strategic Opportunity<\/strong><br \/>\nAI is far more than a buzzword \u2013 it\u2019s a tool that can support us across nearly all areas of work. Whether process optimization, decision support, or creative inspiration, AI helps us structure and manage our daily tasks. The prerequisite: responsible use, clear ethical guidelines, and a deep understanding of the technology itself.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Global Perspectives, Local Relevance<\/strong><br \/>\nThe diversity of international experts made one thing clear: the challenges surrounding complexity and innovation are universal \u2013 and there are no one\u2011size\u2011fits\u2011all solutions. All the more fascinating to see how differently companies around the world approach these issues and what creative solutions they develop.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To keep pace with innovation, we need well\u2011trained professionals who are eager for change. People who are willing to explore new paths, calculate risks wisely, and ride the wave of innovation with the right safety measures \u2013 instead of being swept away by it. This is exactly where we see our role: as co\u2011creators, catalysts, and bridge\u2011builders between technology and people.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-397\" src=\"https:\/\/preview-atsite.allround-team.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/20241111-001.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"948\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The congress was launched in 2015 by the Complexity Management Academy and celebrated its anniversary together with the WZLforum at RWTH Aachen from 12 to 13 November 2024.
