The goal was clear: to increase the willingness to report incidents of anti\u2011queer violence and to send a strong message against queer hostility.<\/p>\n<h3>At the heart of the campaign<\/h3>\n<p>The central question was: How can we empower people not to tolerate queerphobic attacks, but to report them? And how can we reach the wider public in a way that encourages solidarity and shared responsibility?<\/p>\n<p>As Allround Team GmbH, we were entrusted with conceptualizing, designing, and implementing the campaign \u2013 a task that moved us both professionally and personally. As an agency with queer leadership and a clear stance, it is deeply important to us to help shape social discourse and create visibility where it matters.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-364\" src=\"https:\/\/preview-atsite.allround-team.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/20231106-001.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1080\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Strategy &amp; implementation<\/h3>\n<p>In close coordination with all participating organizations, we developed a holistic communication concept designed to reach both those affected and potential witnesses. The campaign needed to empower, raise awareness, and provide accessible information at a low threshold. Our responsibilities included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Project coordination and management<\/strong> of all involved partners<\/li>\n<li><strong>Concept development and creation of a reporting website,<\/strong> including informational materials<\/li>\n<li><strong>Development of concise, impactful claims<\/strong> with a clear message<\/li>\n<li><strong>Design of four poster motifs<\/strong> displayed throughout Cologne<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coordination with print service providers<\/strong> and technical implementation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A particular focus was placed on a <strong>sensitive and inclusive visual language<\/strong> \u2013 one that avoids stigmatization and instead creates connection. The visuals were designed not only to inform, but also to resonate emotionally and inspire people to take action.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-363\" src=\"https:\/\/preview-atsite.allround-team.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/20231106-000.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1080\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>The result: visibility, dialogue, empowerment<\/h3>\n<p>The &#8220;Anzeigen statt Aushalten&#8221; campaign was a resounding success. The posters drew attention in public spaces, the website was actively used, and the topic sparked conversations \u2013 both within the community and far beyond. The strong support from the city and all participating organizations made one thing clear: Cologne stands for diversity and against hate.<\/p>\n<p>For us as an agency, this project was more than an assignment \u2013 it was a contribution to an open and supportive city.
