Its mission encompasses the research, treatment, and prevention of diabetes \u2013 a responsibility it highlights through two major annual events: the Diabetes Congress in Berlin and the Diabetes Autumn Conference, which rotates between different host cities.<\/p>\n<p>Over the years, we have had the opportunity to support one of our long\u2011standing pharmaceutical clients with the comprehensive organization surrounding these congresses. Our scope of work extended far beyond booth design \u2013 we took on the full spectrum of event and trade fair management, ensuring a seamless experience before, during, and after the event.<\/p>\n<p>From strategic preparation to logistical planning and hands\u2011on execution<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We developed the entire booth concept, including spatial planning, branding, and visitor flow.<\/li>\n<li>We managed participant coordination for the accompanying DDG symposium, including invitation management and onboarding.<\/li>\n<li>We designed and produced all printed assets \u2013 from classic invitations and Edgar cards to large\u2011format banners.<\/li>\n<li>We organized on\u2011site personnel, including hosts and booth staff, ensuring professional guest support throughout the event.<\/li>\n<li>We planned and supervised engaging booth activations that involved both professionals and visitors, generating high visibility and meaningful interaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-331\" src=\"https:\/\/preview-atsite.allround-team.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/20161114-000b.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1440\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This all\u2011round assignment was a perfect match for our team: It required not only organizational skill and creative thinking, but also a deep understanding of medical content, target\u2011group communication, and the dynamics of large\u2011scale events.
