Once again… it’s team‑event season!

Anyone who works in teams knows: good collaboration doesn’t just happen – yet it’s one of the most important success factors for any organization. It emerges where trust, respect, and communication come together. When a team knows one another, appreciates each other’s strengths and weaknesses, and pulls in the same direction, the result is not only productive synergy but also genuine connection. This creates a relaxed working atmosphere, boosts motivation, and — as a welcome side effect – is simply a lot of fun.

That’s exactly why our team events are more than just a pleasant outing. They are lived company culture. We usually start with a long, shared breakfast – whether in the office or at our favorite café. The main thing is: together, relaxed, and ready for the active part of the day.

True to the motto “a bus ride is always fun…”, the day continues with a trip by bus, boat, or train to the next activity. And here, it’s not just the destination that counts – the journey itself becomes part of the experience. Spontaneous conversations, shared laughter, and a growing sense of anticipation all come along for the ride.

Once we arrive at our destination, we hand out our lovingly packed care packages – complete with cold drinks, snacks, and small surprises – and then it’s time to get started. Whether we’re cruising down the Wupper in canoes, swinging through the treetops like Tarzan and Jane in the climbing park, or peppering the Drachenfels with curious questions – our activities are as diverse as our teams. The goal is always the same: to open up new perspectives, strengthen team spirit, and create shared memories that stay with us long after the day is over.
