Last Thursday, we had the pleasure of hosting the Connect & Snack event by Der Mittelstand. BVMW Köln, Rhein-Erft-Kreis here at Allround Team GmbH – and what an inspiring evening it turned out to be.

In a relaxed, open setting, entrepreneurs, creatives, and decision-makers from across the region came together to exchange ideas, spark new impulses, and build meaningful connections. With snacks, drinks, and plenty of room for conversation, the evening unfolded into a vibrant mix of insights on current challenges, bold approaches to innovation, and shared visions for the future of the German Mittelstand.

What made the event truly special was the diversity in the room: different industries, unique business models, and one shared intention – to learn from one another, strengthen each other, and grow together. The openness and curiosity everyone brought with them created an atmosphere that felt both energizing and genuinely collaborative.

A huge thank-you to everyone who joined us and brought this evening to life. Networking isn’t an end in itself – it’s a catalyst for sustainable success. Last Thursday proved once again how essential real, human exchange is for sparking new ideas, inspiring collaborations, and uncovering fresh synergies.
