Three days at Disneyland: diversity, innovation, and networking!

We’re packing our bags…

…and heading to Paris! From 23 to 25 September, the Europe Supplier Diversity & Inclusion Conference 2024 took place at Disneyland Paris – and we were right in the middle of it. Three days filled with inspiring encounters, innovative ideas, and true diversity. From a marketplace showcasing unique products to insightful panels and targeted matchmaking formats, the conference created a powerful platform for exchange, visibility, and new partnerships between corporates and diversely owned businesses.

Our highlights

  • Intersectional thinking as a driver of innovation
    Seeing firsthand how diversity fuels innovation was truly impressive. Both SMEs and large corporations presented concepts that were not only inclusive but also forward‑looking. We were particularly inspired by Procter & Gamble’s inclusive product design – aiming to make products not only usable for people with disabilities, but also visually and tactilely identifiable. A strong example of real accessibility in everyday life.
  • Exchange with networks and advocacy groups
    The conference brought together organizations committed to advancing supplier diversity. Engaging with representatives from networks that support diverse entrepreneurs and strengthen their economic opportunities was enriching and motivating. One message was unmistakable: diversity is not a trend – it is a strategic necessity.
  • Expanding our network, broadening our perspectives
    We love connecting with new people – and this conference was the perfect place for it. Conversations with international participants who live and champion diversity opened up new perspectives and offered exciting impulses for future collaborations.

As an agency that truly lives intersectionality – with Fabienne as a CEO who represents LGBTIQ+, women, and BiPoC communities – it was especially encouraging to see how many companies view supplier diversity not as a buzzword but as a strategic priority. The diversity of SMEs presenting creative, inclusive, and sustainable solutions inspired us and demonstrated just how much potential lies within diverse teams.

What stays with us

A sense of momentum, a backpack full of ideas, and a network that continues to grow. The energy, commitment, and openness at the Europe Supplier Diversity & Inclusion Conference 2024 were overwhelming – and we’re proud to have been part of it.
