Event Management & Social Media Marketing for GGLBC

Symposium on Diverse Supply Chains – a milestone for greater diversity in the economy

With its first hybrid symposium dedicated to promoting diverse supply chains, the German LGBTIQ+ Business Chamber (GGLBC) has sent a strong signal: for greater visibility, for meaningful exchange — and for a more inclusive future of the German economy. The event brought together more than 100 participants from business, politics, SMEs, corporates, and the public sector, offering a platform for inspiring insights, practical discussions, and new partnerships.

The idea behind the symposium

Since its founding in 2019, the GGLBC has been committed to strengthening diversity, innovation, and growth for all economic actors in Germany. A central mission: empowering the queer community through targeted networking – especially between global corporations and LGBTIQ+‑led small and medium‑sized enterprises (SMEs). With this symposium, the Chamber placed a topic in the spotlight that has received little attention in Germany so far: diversity in supply chains.

Our role as an agency

As a lesbian‑led SME, it was immediately clear to us: this topic deserves a stage – and we wanted to help make that happen. We were therefore entrusted with the event management and marketing support for the symposium. After immersing ourselves deeply in the subject matter, we developed a tailored concept that strategically and creatively supports the GGLBC’s goals. Our contributions included:

  • Concept development and implementation of online marketing activities (website, social media)
  • Design and production of promotional materials (flyers, business cards, fold‑out brochures)
  • Organization, coordination, and on‑site direction of the event, including technical management

The result: a powerful signal for diversity

The symposium was a great success – not only in numbers, but above all in impact. Participants engaged in open conversations about opportunities and challenges, built new connections, and developed shared perspectives for a more diverse economy. The feedback was unmistakable: this topic belongs on the agenda – and the format delivered.

We are proud to have created, together with the GGLBC, a platform that doesn’t just talk about diversity but actively advances it. And we look forward to supporting future events that rethink the economy – inclusive, sustainable, and forward‑looking.
