The German Diabetes Society (DDG) is one of the largest medical‑scientific associations in Germany. Its mission encompasses the research, treatment, and prevention of diabetes – a responsibility it highlights through two major annual events: the Diabetes Congress in Berlin and the Diabetes Autumn Conference, which rotates between different host cities.

Over the years, we have had the opportunity to support one of our long‑standing pharmaceutical clients with the comprehensive organization surrounding these congresses. Our scope of work extended far beyond booth design – we took on the full spectrum of event and trade fair management, ensuring a seamless experience before, during, and after the event.

From strategic preparation to logistical planning and hands‑on execution

• We developed the entire booth concept, including spatial planning, branding, and visitor flow.
• We managed participant coordination for the accompanying DDG symposium, including invitation management and onboarding.
• We designed and produced all printed assets – from classic invitations and Edgar cards to large‑format banners.
• We organized on‑site personnel, including hosts and booth staff, ensuring professional guest support throughout the event.
